As a part of its commitment to giving back to the community, each year New Jersey Resources (NJR) and its employees dedicate over 5,000 hours of volunteer service to more than 1,000 non-profit organizations throughout its service territory. Building on this commitment, this year 200 NJR employees will come together with the YMCA of Western Monmouth County at Camp Topanemus and dedicate 1,000 hours of volunteer service over the course of two days to help restore and refurbish the camp’s buildings, grounds and facilities. NJR exemplifies the meaning of volunteerism and the company’s efforts will enable the Y to further its mission of service and good works for the children, families and communities of Western Monmouth.

Campers swim twice each day. Our coaches provide skill development in baseball, basketball and gymnastics. Theme weeks make each session really fun. The Freehold Y Day Camp at Camp Topanemus is accredited by the American Camp Association. We offer convenient, optional transportation from Clarksburg, Millstone, Englishtown, Manalapan, Freehold, Hightstown, Jackson, Marlboro, Morganville and Old Bridge. Extended care is offered as early as 7am and as late as 6:30pm at Camp Topanemus, the Freehold Y and Old Bridge Y.
