Children ages 5 – 9 will enjoy crafts, field trips, theme
weeks, instructional and recreational swimming at the Freehold
YMCA, Fun & Fitness Classes, outdoor games and sports,
Friday cook outs, team building and very special guests!

The
Hightstown-East Windsor YMCA is proud to be providing the
management, programming and maintenance of the Fitness Center and
Pools for the following Presbyterian Homes & Services continuing
care retirement communities: Meadow Lakes in Hightstown, Monroe
Village in Monroe Township, and Stonebridge at Montgomery in
Skillman.
Our
YMCA provides residents with a full-time professional fitness
director, aquatic coordinator, program director and lifeguards. We
offer a full range of fitness classes, strength training, balance
programs, aerobics, water walking and aquatic programs, along with
individualized assistance. Our pledge is to provide sound,
medically-based fitness programs to residents of all levels of
physical ability in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere, with the
ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of the participants.
